“Myspace Presents” to launch on February 14th in Shiekh Shoes retail stores across the U.S.
Los Angeles, California—February 11, 2014—Myspace (myspace.com) and Los Angeles-based out-of-home digital entertainment network startup ChazBo Music, announced today that Myspace has signed on to curate a sixty minute programming block titled “Myspace Presents” giving patrons of Shiekh Shoes access to the same quality content available on Myspace’s newly redesigned platform. Conceptualized by ChazBo Music’s Founder and CEO Dae Bogan, and developed by Myspace’s artist relations’ team, “Myspace Presents” will feature the latest music videos from upcoming and buzzworthy artists, intertwined with original programming produced by the Myspace editorial team.
“Myspace Presents” will premiere on Friday, February 14th at 6pm (local time) on ChazBo Music’s ShiekhTV channel—an urban music and lifestyle channel curated for and distributed exclusively to the U.S.’s leading youth-driven urban streetwear retail chain, Shiekh Shoes. Shoppers can watch “Myspace Presents” on HDTVs and hear audio from overhead speakers throughout the Shiekh Shoes store while shopping the latest sneaker releases and hip streetwear fashions.
“Myspace Presents” will feature original Myspace editorial franchises, artist interviews, and event coverage alongside an eclectic mix of music videos featuring emerging and established artists. The first episode of “Myspace Presents” will showcase music videos by independent artists Thurz, Chance The Rapper, La’Fonz, Shawn Chrystopher, Joey Bada$$, and Chuck Inglish
ChazBo Music will introduce a new “Myspace Presents” episode on the first Friday of every month that repeats every week for the remainder of the month. With over 130 retail locations in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, New Mexico, Illinois, and Michigan, the channel reaches over 1.3 million unique viewers each month inside Shiekh Shoes retail stores.
